So I have a mixed subscription for my two grandsons.
One who is a two month old for whom we’re trying to build up an Arabic books collection.
So far the two shipments we’ve received for this age have been ok.
The other half of the subscription, for my five year old grandson, we received a high level girl themed story. It seemed more appropriate for an eight or nine year old girl.
If the next set of books is not properly aged and gendered, I’m going to cancel the subscription.

We received a book about vegetables, and two squeaky board books - one about a cow and one about a baby chick (they have a little animal face that you can press to squeak - the baby chick one doesn't really squeak on our book, but that's okay). My two year old is obsessed with the vegetables book and has learned a bunch of the Arabic names for the vegetables - he often says both the English and Arabic word when we read it. He also loves the baby chick book, no doubt thanks to watching "hal seesan" a million times when he was younger. Anyway, this subscription is great - I'm not a native Arabic speaker - my husband is, but neither of us knew of good, contemporary Arabic kids' books, let alone where to buy them in the US, and this offers a nice variety. Excited for our next month of books :)

My 2 yo daughter loves these books, we've been members with this service for over 8 months now. Over a year ago, we've signed up our daughter to read 1000 book before age of 3 with our local public library. It was very challenging to get Arabic books for her, but when we found ABaM service we instantly signed up for it. I had some concerns couple of month ago, but when I reached out to customer support they have worked very actively and promptly to resolve all my concerns, thanks for that!
My daughter gets very attached to these books, the content, the characters Eldob Bobby and of course Meefy! You should look the expressions of her face when I bring her the new book every month!
